More About Brittany Zabolotniuk
I truly believe in the innate and unifying capacity for healing. Working from a holistic integrative approach, incorporating elements of play therapy fundamentals, such as, art and sand tray interventions. While also incorporating Polyvagal theory and EMDR, which focuses on the nervous system and brain healing and attunement. As grief is universal, I utilize The Grief Recovery Method, an evidence based approach providing tools for your grief and loss recovery. I draw on interventions from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy.
